As a movement instructor, my work goes beyond motion. It’s a constant dance of centering body and mind — the reunion in the now. Here, strength is nourished and softness encouraged. With resilience as our foundation, we face obstacles together. What happens cannot be captured in words. It’s experienced.

ABOUT
Gatherings hold the potential for belonging and inspiration, when thoughtfully facilitated. In 2016 I held my first workshop on trust, at the time for the WWF Youth organisation “Generation Earth”. Management studies and 4 years working in global networks later, I know the ingredients to unlock the potential of diverse groups: a foundation of personal growth and harvesting the power of collective intelligence.
In my offerings we engage in both.
